We are a family business that pride ourselves on using only the freshest of ingredients.  Our premium deli meat and cheese comes from one of the best in the industry, BOAR’S HEAD. We use freshly baked bread from local Carolina Mountain Bakery. Our chicken breast and steak subs are made with real chicken breast and thinly sliced top round steak in which we slice and cook ourselves.  We use premium eggs for our breakfast sandwiches, omelettes, French Toast,  and our egg salad.  All salads are stocked full with fresh vegetables, and we use produce that comes from various local Farmer's Markets.
